2. Custom Orders

• All custom apparel orders are made specifically for you based on the design, color, and size options you select.

• Once an order is submitted, production begins immediately. Therefore, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once approved.

• Please double-check all spelling, design details, and sizes before confirming your order.

3. Design Approval & Ownership

• You confirm that any artwork, logo, or text you submit for customization does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights.

• You retain ownership of your designs, but by submitting them to us, you grant Living The Dream Swag a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

• Living The Dream Swag reserves the right to display custom designs for marketing or social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Production & Delivery

• Typical production time is 7–14 business days after order approval, depending on volume and product type.

• Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product arrives damaged or defective, or

• There was an error in printing that differs from your approved design.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Sizing

Sizing charts are provided for reference. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

7. Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of order.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Living The Dream Swag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
